MacFixit: A great resource for getting information on the latest fixes, troubleshooting tips, and advice from other Mac users. An extensive search tool makes it easy to find news on older problems and issues that are more obscure.

MacInTouch: MacInTouch used to be the definitive source for detailed information on technical issues and software updates. Now primarily a news site, one thing that remains are detailed synopses of reader reports on a wide range of hardware and software products. If you want true user feedback on a product, check MacInTouch first.

MacWindows: The definitive resource for information on managing Macs in a cross-platform environment. Daily updates include bug reports, along with troubleshooting information and suggested solutions. For those with mixed platform environment, especially for those with NT servers, this is an ideal starting point.

Mac Night Owl: Daily reports are a mix of advice and opinions based on the real-world experiences of a Mac consultant and long-time writer. Many of the issues discussed apply to small office networks and business environments.

Apple Support: Apple's main support site has an extensive set of technotes available for searching, along with all the latest Apple software updates. There are also user forums for discussion of particular products, with occasional drop-ins by Apple support staff to address any questions.
